I haven't been around very long , but Jimmy the owner is amazing shop boss. He has given me this opportunity to work with him, that I'm beyond grateful for ! He is not only very family oriented, he's also a damn good mechanic. He is very honest with his clients, he greets them with warm greetings to make them smile, and feel welcomed. Jimmy has been very patient teaching me get back up to date with the shop programs, and field work in the shop. He treats me equally and gives me a chance. I most definitely recommend you bring your vehicle here! Especially if you want a honest and hard working person, who is going to treat your right .

If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would! This shop got my car in on the day of a pretty decent snowfall and got my tires switched over. No place ever does that! Jimmy and his mechanics were busy but had the time to be very polite, helpful and made me feel very much at ease. I will definitely be bringing back my car in the spring! Many places will just rip you off or treat you like a number. Not this place. At all! Thanks, guys, awesome job!

I brought in an older car with a bad tire... left with a “go to” mechanic👍 Jimmy got me fixed up and actually SPENT TIME helping me get the most out of my old car by putting my money towards what it needs instead of just throwing money at it. Very professional and polite. I recommend his services to anyone looking for an honest, cirtified, reliable mechanic.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Jimmy is very cost competitive and we were very satisfied with the finished product and overall cost on all three of our vehicles. We would recommend him to anyone.

I brought my van in to ER Automotive to have an oil change and radiator flush. After driving up the AlCAN HWY last summer and then sitting all winter in Valdez, I needed to get some other adjustments done before hitting the road again this summer. Jimmy and his help not only did the oil change and flush, they tweeted my door handles that had decided to lock up, keeping me from getting into the van. Next they helped me identify a whining sound that turned out to be my alternator going bad. I am so grateful for their honest help, and very affordable pricing. The van is running great, feels great and since leaving the ER, I have went to Soldotna, then to Chena Hot Springs and now back home to Willow, all with peace of mind because of the care I received from ER Automotive.
