Erich's Towing

My car was towed to their lot, and the following day I went to get my car released at 9AM, no employees were present to release my car until nearly an hour later.. They also do not take card payments (which is not too uncommon, which is fine,) however upon release, I found new damage on the drivers front section of the vehicle. I was told there was a before and after photo or video for towing, which I have not been provided, and my calls have not been answered. There is no email that I've been provided, or receipt that I have been provided. Overall the communication has been very poor.

Great, my car just stopped and I called him, he was there in few minutes.

Keys to yard were left in plain sight near the wheel well of one of the two tow trucks out front and honestly I should have taken them when I saw them and got my car out myself. Yard is extremely insecure and people sent to handle business are not knowledgeable or professional. 0/10 do not recommend.
