Eric's Automotive has been my go-to place. My alternator went out on my Lexus. They even asked if I wanted to buy my alternator online and bring it in or have them order it. Many places don't allow that. I got a new one from Amazon and saved $250 doing it that way. Great people to work with. 5 Stars!

Charged Me $100 for a diagnostic on my truck was told I had a bad motor then was told they don’t do the type of repair work that was needed bought a new motor took to a different shop found out it was the catalytic converter. Cost me $4000 to fix a problem that cost $400

Transmission issue, they fixed it timely and affordable. Nice people.

Was told I would receive a transmission FLUSH like I specifically asked for with the shop manager and the owner Eric. When I picked up my car (Eric) said they just changed my fluid and acted like it was ok, didn't offer any discount for not doing as asked. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is not important here. NEXT !! Definitely not the place they use to be!

We were concerned about the noises that our engine made, so we took it to Eric's. They were friendly, but we felt they hadn't really checked the vehicle thoroughly at all, even if the checking costed 96$. They told us it was all good, and sure enough, our van broke down 2 days later. The cost of their service was way overpriced for its value.
