Went in for an overdue oil change, knew I needed some other filter work and to put on a new set of wipers, they took care of it all in the most professional and courteous way! Cass was very thorough in explaining everything they found on my vehicle and explaining the bill. Eric and his crew wwe fast, efficient and friendly. Moms! This is the place to be when you need an oil change! It no longer has to be a hassle to cart all the kids to the shop when the mileage reaches that dreaded number!!! I just brought my husband’s truck in for an oil change and was so impressed I had to leave a review. They were fast, super friendly, and NEVER once made me feel dumb for not knowing all the car lingo (which, let’s be real, happens too often at other places). I got to stay in the truck the whole time with my kids! No running all over a greasy, smelly, tire shop (putting their hands in who knows what)! It's like taking your car to your brothers house to get worked on. They treat you like family and treat your car like royalty. Fast and reasonable, saved so much on the truck oil change over taking it to the dealer. Great option for Torrington, love not having to drive out of town for quality car care.
