I was so pleased to find a replacement windshield for my older Subaru locally, and at a reasonable price. They were friendly and got the new one installed quickly.

Oh my! We were so pleased with service and repairs! Had a wicked hail storm that took out the windshield of our truck. They got us in quick, repaired and on the road!

Bad hail storm the other day with baseball sized hail absolutely wrecked both cars' windshields. Had called another place initially that had used before...tldr, these folks actually called back and have stellar communication. I see no reason to give safelite or even the local place id been using any longer. Its Wyoming, so there will be more hail and wrecked windshields, but will be calling Kaufman Glass by default. These folks do a great job and are absolutely professional. A+++++

Can't comment on the quality of work because communication was horrible. I called for an estimate and was told I would receive a call back. No one ever called back. Stopped by a week later and was given a date when parts would arrive and was told I would be called back to confirm. The date came and went and did not receive an update. A week later they called me to tell me the parts arrived. I told them I made an appointment with Safelite for the same price because they did not keep me updated. He then told me he didn't care because they were plenty busy. My neighbor received the same lack of communication and ended up using Safelite as well.
