Just purchased some NPR piston rings from them, they arrived quickly and without damage. During installation i messed up one of the oil control rings, this was my fault. I reached out to NP, and they refused to sell me piston rings for a single cylinder, but Eric offered to procure me a set for a single cylinder. Pretty fast email response, would do business with him again if i need to.
Ordered a set of CP piston rings. Piston rings arrived damaged with no signs of damage in shipping I contacted Eric through his eBay account where the purchase was made. After sending him a picture of the damaged ring that came in the kit he refused to make it right and accused me of trying to scam him. Meanwhile I had to reorder the piston rings directly through CP and pay 2 day shipping. Poor customer service to say the least.
2 times a good communication, fair price, and really fast shipping to switzerland, thank you!!!
Parts are packed well and shipping is quick.
