They are extremely unprofessional and unprepared. I sat outside their gates for over an hour to get my items out of a totaled car. I was told to wait bc they were towing in a car from an accident that had just occurred however after putting the car away they proceeded to lock the gate in my face and say I have to come back tmr because it is after hours. I was there before close and they choice to still close the gate on me. I drove over an hour to get to the car in the first place. Don’t recommend allowing ur car to go to them. I would also like to add that they proceed to argue with me when I begged to be let into the car. Horrible customer service.

Called to get a quote on moving my camper. After just a couple minutes on the phone with the guy he I asked if they had on the road coverage for damage. He got all frustrated and told me “look I don’t wanna movie this thing so you better call somewhere else” needless to say the customer service isn’t great. Don’t expect them to be helpful if they damage your property.

Quick and efficient. Picked up my car in East Haddam and delivered it to Lyme with no hassle. I would definitely be using Eric's Towing & Repair the next time I'm in need.

Eric and his staff are the most experienced, honest team you will find on the shoreline. When no one else would touch my Jeep they fixed it quickly and it cost less than I expected!
