Excellent customer service and fast, efficient work done on my vehicle with very short notice. The owner was able to complete the work for a fraction of the cost the dealer was charging, and he provided updates throughout the day as well as a thorough recap of what was done at pickup. Dealership prices are through the roof and unreal. But Robert here at Erie Auto Service was able to provide the same factory parts for our family vehicle at more reasonable price.
