Platinum did an absolutely fantastic job throughout the entire process of getting our Soul Red CX-5 fixed from a fender bender. Eric was great to work with as he explained the process and what was needed to return the vehicle to it's former condition, which was pretty good. Scheduling was an ease with Diane and the car was fixed quickly. I am a car guy who is rather particular and critical about his vehicle's condition. Awesome family-owned business, friendly, reasonably priced and professional! Had an issue with my 2019 Cadillac that the "big guys" didn't even want to look at because It wasn't a large insurance claim. Eric took care of it in a few hours, I'm really impressed! you just don't find old school places like this anymore! Hopefully I won't have a next time but if I do I won't bother looking around this will be my auto body shop go to from now on.

We made an appointment at Platinum Auto Body for a quote on a scratch from an unknown source. Eric was so kind and helpful! He looked at our car and, instead of trying to upsell us, gave honest advice to just to use a touch-up pen to cover the scratch to prevent rust. He was super knowledgeable and even shared a few helpful tips about our specific car model since he’s worked on a few of them before. We really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. Hopefully we won’t need body work anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll definitely be coming back to Platinum Auto Body!
