Ertle Subaru Service Center

I’m a longtime customer. I really appreciate & enjoy using their service dept. The dealership is so dog friendly, my pup enjoys her visits too. This time around I had a concern about my vehicle & the service dept was fantastic. Brian reached out to Subaru & was able to get me a substantial credit for the needed part bc of my service history. They keep my car safe, are very thorough & everyone & I mean everyone I deal with is so friendly & kind. I was able to grab a rental & get to work the next day & when I picked up my car, they had it washed & ready too. Kudos guys! I wish I know all your names bc from check in to check out, all around fantastic experience!

Ertle keeps our fleet in tiptop shape. Most are over 200,000 miles and run like they’re brand new. Vince is super friendly and a very knowledgeable service advisor. He always gives me the EASY button! Service is timely and there’s always the loaner. You can’t go wrong with a promise of peace of mind.

I experienced a shimmy in the front end of my Forrester Sport And pulled into the Ertle Service center without an appointment. Ally, the service intake person, was very helpful and took us in right away and introduced us to Pedro who was also very cordial. They checked our Forrester out and found out it was ice buildup inside one of the tires and tire thats needed balancing. Well, they were at it. I asked them to do an oil change, and they also rotated the tires. We were out of there quickly and easily with a perfect running vehicle. A great job!

This was my first service on my 2025 Crosstrek and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. You could tell that they really care about the customers. Nicolas was fantastic. It is definitely worth the drive from Lehighton to Stroudsburg!
