I want to share how Amazing Robert and Karen are, they are so knowledgeable and did an Outstanding job from beginning to end fixing my bumper.

They did an excellent job replacing the door my daughter's car even after getting peeled off by the boat trailer

It was a sad day but they took care of us and the focus is in a better place now that old scrap yard in somebody's yard now it was a total all airbags was deployed but just a little pride hurt but everything turned out okay

I went to Erv's a month ago to get an estimate for some hail damage; I've had two repairs done there and got excellent service both times. I was told that the estimate would be emailed to me in 3 or 4 days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I returned to Erv's and asked for the estimate. I was told again that it would be emailed to me. I'm still waiting. I guess Erv no longer needs my business. So be it.

Began very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a sun roof stuck open and wanted my extended warranty company contacted to initiate a claim to quickly get the repair started. I was told the receptionist would call first thing the next morning. I called to follow up on the progress the next evening and the call had not been made yet. I was a little disappointed the claim had not been started yet because I was traveling into potentially snowy weather that weekend for a funeral and wanted my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. When I simply asked the receptionist when she thought she would be able to make the call I was given many excuses and curtly told she would get to it after she was finished helping the customers at the counter.
