Erwin Laser Wash

I came by to check this place out and based off a few reviews thought it'd be decent. However was disappointed to not see any garbage cans or anywhere to dispose garbage. But plenty of signs of not leaving garbage behind! Well get a dumpster or waste container. So we're expected to remove trash to clean our vehicle then put it back in a clean one!?! Please make it make sense 😂 That was a turn off for me. Secondly there's no attendant for assistant matters for persons like myself who's visually impaired. I'll go else where. Vacuum $1.50 /6 min 1 min for air freshener sounded reasonable. But other experiences provide a token that was included with the wash. Lastly the wash prices ranged from $12-$18.

If poor treatment from the owner and staff is something you’re willing to overlook, then this might be the place for you. Between the disappointing customer service and the low-quality exterior cleaning, I would strongly recommend choosing a different car wash.

There are spots all over my navy blue car from getting it done today. Very disappointed. Worse then when I brought it in. Never got any of the bugs off the front as didn’t wash the front. Won’t be back

Very poor wash for the price. Truck was not clean bright and shiny. I had to wipe it dry. Was not worth the $18 spent. Wheels are dull and we're not cleaned. I had to wipe them clean

Recently visited this car wash. I purchased there supreme car wash and as it washed my truck the wash foam and wax were never applied to the left side of my truck. This resulted in the wash not even being able to wash the pollen off the left side of my truck. Upon contact the company and letting them know the issue in hopes they would fix it for future customers (I didn’t ask for any kind of refund) they replied by telling me “We pulled up the video of your wash and do not see an issue” so my half washed truck is up too their top standards. I would pick a different wash facility if you want your whole vehicle washed.
