Today was a bad dream. My vehicle just totally halted in the street on Natchez, MS 39120. I reached the Eryka's Towing Service and addressed the client support specialist. I disclosed to her the circumstance and gave her my triple A card number. She expressed that I have spent every one of the 4 tows consequently I would needed to pay $165 to be towed. I hung up on her. She was e trembly RUDE amateurish with an arrogant demeanor. I got back to and rehashed the same thing clarifying the issue and the rep was contrite and mindful. She conveyed a driver and she expressed in the event that I required my vehicle to be towed to the car shop than I would need to pay $90. He was so overall quite supportive.
