No website active. The inhouse designer is condescending. After sales support is nonexistent. Adversarial Relationship trying to get warranty work done. Design studio is a joke. No computer. Simulations, terrible material selection. Designer is condescending . Pricing 2-3 times retail which is not disclosed until you've signed a contract. Actual quality of comstruction is good. But again inflexible.

I am one of 31 people who endured major delays in the completion of their new house because Paramount Homes failed to comply with Affordable Housing regulations. My problems have continued with the new house's entryway and garage steps. None of the model homes have steps, and Paramount Homes never told me my house would have them. My two-car garage is actually a one- car garage because the garage steps extend so far into the garage. The concrete front steps have uneven risers, are narrow in width and lack handrails. Friends and family have also remarked upon how these steps detract from the appearance of my home. Paramount has refused to work with me on a compromise on the front steps. All Paramount will do is make the risers of equal height. If I want a safer result with a wider fo
