Everyone at Essential Auto Care was so kind, knowledgeable, and transparent! They helped me figure out an issue I was having with my tire, and their customer service throughout the whole process was incredible. I got to wait in a very cozy waiting area and was given prompt updates about my vehicle. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

I came in with low tire pressure and asked if they could check the tire. They put my car up on the lift right away and started the process. They found a nail in my tire and plugged it immediately. They didn't even charge me. There is a wonderful waiting area with couches, water, coffee, and tea. I felt completely comfortable coming into a place I did not know, especially as a woman. The staff in the office were extremely helpful, especially Daniel. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs!

I got an oil change here. Everyone gave off a courteous and professional vibe. The waiting room is nice, comfortable with a variety of beverages, also clean. I really enjoyed their modern streamlined system, post service follow up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Definitely adds to my confidence for future services. I had an excellent experience with Kelsey and Daniel. After I got into a car accident, my car started making strange noises, so I searched for nearby mechanics and they were one of the first places willing to take me in right away for a free inspection. They quickly diagnosed the issues and had my car repaired and ready by the very next day. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me deal with the other driver’s insurance company. The insurance tried to downplay the accident, claiming it was too minor to cause damage, but the team provided receipts, photos, videos, and spoke directly with the adjusters to show that even small accidents can lead to serious issues like frame damage.
