On every service visit, they explain everything clearly and honestly (and in a way that actually makes sense), and you can tell they really care about their customers... whether you're there for an oil change, tires, maintenance, or have an "emergency"! I will start by saying this is the best tire shop in town. The store manager Josh was so welcoming and professional, he offered me the best tire options via email and phone for my car and He let me decide what I would like to get. They're really honest people and very professional, highly recommended!!!!

Called and spoke with Josh to have a spare tire replaced with a tire that I had and didn’t purchase from ETD. He immediately told me to come in and that they would take care of it. I was a new customer. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A tech Mike took care of it perfectly. Pricing was very fair. I will now return with additional business for my other vehicles. Another great service at ETD! When I hit a huge pothole yesterday afternoon, I called them in a panic. Frank reassured me that they could take a look at it right away. I dropped it off last night and they did a quick review of what could be the issue. I know that Jason, Josh, and Frank will always be open and trustworthy with their prices and what works needs to be done. I got a call at 8:30 this morning that it was ready for pick up!
