Amazing service experience! I usually bring my vehicle to the dealership and every time get disappointed whether it be the wait time, poor customer service or just a half ass job done. This time bringing my vehicle to RSW, car got in the shop almost immediately. They have a very efficient way of performing their inspection reports as well. I received photos and thorough explanations on everything that my car needed. Highly recommend this shop. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on.

I recently brought my 2018 Mercedes GLE 350 with 170,000 miles to RSW in Green Brook, and the service and attention were outstanding. I have an extended warranty with Endurance Warranty, and they recommended RSW. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was easy, I waited comfortably in their conference room while getting work done, and the entire visit was completed much quicker than anticipated. In contrast, the dealership would have taken significantly more time—and almost certainly at a higher cost. Amazing Service. They are so nice and extremely accommodating. My transmission failed and they were there to walk me through the entire process. Even though I didn't go through with the repairs (not because of them, but because of my situation), they were so professional and understanding. I have a new mechanic that I trust to get the work done professionally.

My new Subaru Outback with 6000 miles on the odometer I notice a slit in the side wall of the tire ( Yokohama tires) I was told by the service manager the tire manufacturer would only be responsible for 86 percent of the tire cost. I have the tire replaced and now it’s 86 percent of the wholesale tire cost and does not include labor or balancing. I was never told this before I authorized the work. Be very careful when dealing with Wayne Subaru get everything in writing. For what I paid I could have purchased a better tire from PepBoys. They lost my business going forward.

I found RSW under a stressful situation with my BMW.It's was so refreshing to find a shop where the entire team, from reception to the workshop, and Manager were all professional and genuinely polite. They clearly communicate what's needed and keep you informed. I will be a returning customer in future for sure as needed. Highly recommend!
