2018 GLS550 I dropped my car off for a radiator replacement , Luis called and said my serpentine belt was shedding so I authorize him to replace it. Wasn't surprised of the find . I appreciate that they informed me and asked if I wanted it replaced. The new radiator and fan belt work done was excellent. It's my first time visiting the shop. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Luis the manager is very likable and easy to work with. I never felt pressured or received the excessive sell pitch. He pointed out other work needed and informed me what ordered to have them done. Luis also worked with me a little on the overall price. Verdict: 1. Excellent mechanic work. 2. Friendly approachable staff ! 3. Little bit pricey. 4. I will have most of my service done here. Meredit

Their customer service is top notch and their work exceeded my expectations. When the warranty on my car expired I stopped going to the dealership for Service. I decided this when a family friend told me that they’d paid half of what I’d paid for the same service on their car. They recommended ECM. Best recommendation! The team is honest about the work needed and their prices are fair.

A very nice experience all around. The people who run the shop were very patient and took the time to explain the repairs my car needed. I felt they were honest and completed the work in a timely manner.

So the air conditioner for my Mercedes C class 2018 model was not blowing cold air. I am so happy and grateful that I found euro car masters here on Broadway because they are result oriented and on top of that they are amazing people family owned business that truly deserves More customers.
