Rico was great, first I had to drive 1.5 hours to his shop. I was so late for my appointment, and he was still very friendly, and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. He broke it all down in the simplest terms, so I could understand exactly what was going on with my car. We found a coupe of other things that were wrong., and the things i told was wrong by someone else, was not even messed up! He is the most honest person and mechanic that i have ever had to do business with. His beautiful dog made the experince even more pleasant❤️. I would give more then 5 stars if I could....

Last week my BMW X5 started leaking coolant. I called this company and the magic started. They sent out a young man named Gabriel he was so polite and had the best chair side manners possible. I was skeptical because I used the excellent mobile service they offer to come to your home and fix or diagnose your problems. Well he consulted with his boss Rico and they came up with a plan to resolve my issue. After a few days after ordering the parts necessary…… My issue became HISTORY. They fixed my car professionally and they made it extremely affordable. These guys are amazing and could be trusted with your vehicle anytime. For as long as I have lived in Ga I have never came across a mechanic shop that doesn’t try to rob you of all your money and still not fixed what they were supposed to fix. Well, that day has changed. I went to Euro Hq in Conyers and meet these guys that really care about cars. The owner took his time to explain what the problem was, he didn’t try to upsell me because I’m a “girl”. This is the spot I will tell anyone about. Wishing this black owned business much success!!

My experience with these young men was excellent. My 2006 Maxima check engine light came on. I needed a honest and knowledgeable mechanic so I decided to try Euro HQ Mobile whom I had been observing customers good service comments on the Neighborhood app for a while. I work at a dealership so I'm aware of how service departments works. They were far more transparent with reasonable service price. Rico explained what needed to be done with clarity. On 1/27 I had an encounter of trying to get my battery that I purchased put in my car. The store that I purchased it from was not able to install the battery for me. I was then referred to another place, but they were not able to install the battery either, due to it being purchased from another store. I went to another store and the nice gentleman who worked at this store (EURO HQ Mobile Tech) told me he would install my battery. I am not sure of his name, but he was an awesome person. Very professional and really looked out for me. I will never forget this guy, even thought I'm not sure of his name, but if he sees this, he will know who I am referring too. I will be doing business with this company in the near future. OMG, this is an awesome company with such wonderful and pleasant peo
