From first contact to walking out of the door, I was beyond impressed with Rob the Blonde Mechanic. First, it was fantastic that I could text the front desk person with questions after I'd booked an appointment. Next, she greeted me sweetly and showed me into a super comfortable waiting room with water, coffee, a corner that would actually keep small kids entertained, and most importantly for me: a comfortable couch with lots of pillows. I'm a disabled 35 year old with EDS, and sitting in an uncushioned seat for half an hour or more can ruin an entire day or even week with the pain it causes. Rob fixed my mom's air conditioning issue, and things have been functioning properly since. I love the video that is provided to show you exactly what's going on with your car. The way her business is set up provides comfort and full understanding. I'll be taking my car to this business as well. Lastly, I love the different payment options. The entire team is extremely professional.

The absolute best experience I've had with a mechanic shop. It started when I called and Melissa answered the phone. She was professional and courteous and explained their process. She was more than accommodating, being that I didn't have an appointment, she was still able to get me in. I brought my truck in the next morning and Dai, one of the technicians, came out and looked at my truck and talked to me like we had known each other all our lives. He let me know that he'd get me taken care of and that he did. Their level of communication is second to none and I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs.

The best thing that I ever did for my vehicle was finding Rob The Blonde Mechanic auto shop. Her and her staff are very professional, dependable, and honest when it comes to what you need to get down. She gives every customer the vip treatment no matter what maker, year, or model of your vehicle. Not only do I enjoy taking my car to her shop for total car care, the best part is feeling lime you are home while waiting for your car. The waiting area is the best that I have seen in my 42 years of life. I will and do recommend her shop to my family and friends.

Everything was excellent from beginning to end, I made an appointment through a very personable secretary. Upon arrival there was absolutely no waiting and I met Robin the owner, who again was very personable. Via text I was kept me informed step-by-step what was going on with my vehicle. I got the vehicle back on the date and time promised . The price was very fair and reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I will be going back for all my needs because I love the idea of not wasting a day sitting in a mechanic shop.
