Most untrustworthy place ever. They charge $1200 for A1 service - which is a rip off, only includes topping off fluids, tire rotation and basics. Then they recommended 7k in repairs for a car with less than 30k miles. I got a second opinion at a specialist and showed me the “damaged” parts and said there was no repairs required at the moment. It’s already tough enough out here but can’t even count on your car dealer not to rip you off after spending thousands on a vehicle. I would never spend another red penny with them. And I feel disrespected

Horrible service from this service lane helper I think he had too much ego going with his oversized tux too big for the small dude. Horrible service, horrible attitude horrible customer service. Shooed me away with a horrible hand gesture like I was a dog no respect. Didn’t even try to help me after the fact of doing that to my face.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!! Never had such terrible service at any mercedes dealerships. The service manger was condescending, with an attitude. Canceled my loaner, don’t even have an uber or lyft! Just had a service at the jeep dealership, super nice and friendly service. The ppl there were super polite! They washed and cleaned the car by hand. Took care of everything, ordered a lyft for pick up and drop off! That’s how it should be!

I take my 2016 Smart fortwo here for maintenance and repairs, and the service is always fantastic. Shout out to Wesley for being a terrific service advisor!
