Euro Motorcars Germantown

My salesman was Eric Sofon and he was awesome. I purchased a 2025 GLE-350 while in North Carolina and Eric made sure that everything was taken care of before I got there. We processed all the paperwork over the phone and I knew all the numbers before I drove 4 hrs to the dealership. I encountered a small issue with my insurance and Eric gladly took over and reached out to customer support and made sure the correct paperwork was emailed to the dealership. The finance manager Senayet was amazing! She processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally. She was engaging and answered all my questions. I even called about a week later with a question and she was eager to help. I will definitely come back to Euro Motorcars Germantown for my next Mercedes purchase!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Abdul and Eric were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication truly set them apart. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported and valued as a customer. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a team that truly cares, go to this dealership you won’t be disappointed . Highly recommend! Andrea ☺️

The quoted cost was quite high, including the price of the part and around ten hours of labor. It then took them about three weeks to schedule the repair appointment, although there were some winter conditions during that time. They also promised to refund the diagnostic fee and apply a 15% discount. However, the repair itself was delayed again because they had forgotten to order the part. What was m

His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything to me. Even came in on his day off. Highly recommend this gentleman and the staff at Germantown. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience purchasing my Mercedes-Benz at Euro Motorcars Germantown. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Jonathan Milbourn was incredibly professional and attentive, answering every question thoroughly and ensuring I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Jon Charles helped guide me through the options and features, and his knowledge of the Mercedes lineup made a big difference in helping me choose the right model. Arnold Brown was equally outstanding in finalizing the paperwork quickly and making the handover process seamless. Overall, the level of service, attention to detail, and customer care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Euro Motorcars Germantown to anyone looking for a first-cl
