Really liked the staff here and was thankful they took my car in on short notice. That’s the good. The bad is two fold: was quoted for a job but they didn’t include that an alignment would need to be done too, and they don’t have that capability so send it out to a place that cannot align a car well. When I tried to ask a question multiple times try simply stopped replying. Another time when they worked on my car they left a cover hanging off. When I went back they mansplained that cover wasn’t touched during the service when it was. Sitting and waiting I overheard a woman crying on the phone that she was billed for work she didn’t authorize.
