Super honest and fair prices. I have an e320 that I recently bought that had a lot of gremlins I did not know about when I purchased the car. He knows these cars inside and out. He explained the lengths he went through during his diagnosis which was way more in depth than most dealers or would care to go to. Very fair price for the diagnosis and repairs. I highly suggest this shop if you have a Mercedes.

My car, an MB E-350 2007, sometimes won't start right away when key is inserted. I brought my car to Silver Star Motors and Jeff checked it. He changed the batteries of my 2 car keys and that somehow solved the issue. However, he couldn't thoroughly do a diagnostic test so he recommended that I bring my car to the dealer. I thought that was very commendable of him, being honest about it. I have also asked him to check my tire pressure which he gladly did, and he didn't even charge me for my 2 car keys nor for his time attending to my car! How's that for service! Outstanding service. Very honest business. I took my ML350 2008 yesterday and they installed both front side wheel bearings. It was making a loud noise while driving. Geoff was very honest and the price was very reasonable. The word is getting out on how good this company is with fixing Mercedes and the affordability that his lot is getting full. Even if you just need an oil change, I would go here and it’s best to do it Saturdays. If you go to the dealership and you feel like you are getting screwed, call this company and ask for Geoff. He will be honest, no hidden fees, and no BS. I am so happy to have found this place. I don’t get a loaner car like Mercedes, but Enterprise rent a car is about a block away on the same street. About 3-5 minutes walk.
