It’s hard enough to find a reliable, experienced shop for an EV—finding one that truly understands European vehicles is even tougher. Euro Solutions in Cary is a rare gem. Mike and Eric were refreshingly candid, knowledgeable, and took the time to point out a few important things I would have easily missed on my own. The service was thorough, thoughtful, and even included detailing, which was a great touch. While I waited in the waiting room I realized that this is owned, and operated by a team of highly tenured technicians which was very reassuring. Overall, a genuinely pleasant and confidence-building experience. Highly recommend. This will be my go to place for anything I ever need in future, for my vehicle.

Mike and his crew are fantastic! They gave me a full diagnostics summary + cost and prioritized what was essential. Mike even recommended to not do some of the items from the diagnostics due to the age/mileage/value of the vehicle. (ML350 w/220K miles) That is unheard of in the car repair game! I highly recommend EuroSolutions and will be taking my next vehicle to them for service. You should too!

This is one of the best, most affordable, and honest European auto shops I’ve ever experienced. I walked in expecting the typical high-cost euro shop runaround, but instead left genuinely impressed by their transparency, professionalism, and attention to detail. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Took my 2024 Audi here instead of the dealership. They did a great job for a fraction of the price and were very professional and nice. They want your business and seem committed to doing a good job for a fair price so you keep coming back. They are my shop now.

Mike and the team were a joy to work with! Couldn’t recommend more! Honest, professional and highly skilled/knowledgeable. I brought a ‘68 Beetle to him one day to see if it can be worked in. They were able to look at it and diagnose the issue quickly. Mike went ahead and ordered the parts for me and had me approve the order and when it came time to change them out, he called me to say it didn’t need to be done and it was a less expensive issue. The car ran so perfect, we decided not to sell and keep her. Thankfully I had Euro Solutions to help me out.
