Euromotive Autowerke

The only place I will take my BMW. I drove an hour and a half to get quite a bit of work done and will continue to do the same for my oil changes. The girls up front are amazing. (I wish I would have got their names). The owner had my car on the lift and really broke it down for me what needed to be done. He even explained to me what could be put off for a few months to keep from hitting my wallet too hard, but I wanted to get everything done in one swoop. Prices are very competitive (I checked around 😂). This shop is very busy! However, they are as accommodating as they can be. I 120% recommend this shop. Don’t take your German baby just anywhere because everybody ain’t able!!!

I was recommended this awesome place by my best friend's husband. I NEVER trust anyone with my BMW..... I called to make an appointment after a certain dealership (AHEMM ....BMW OF MACON ) told me that it would be $3600 to fix my vehicle. I was told that my car needed a heater core, of course I believed them. Cause who would believe that they would lie ? ME !!! I had not driven my car since December 1st.... I finally called Euromotive after discussing my car issue with my friend. Im so glad I got this referral !!!! I took my car in on January 13th... about 2 hours later I got a call from them and they told me I just needed a heater valve !!! My car didn't need a heater core !!! My car was fixed the same day !!!! And the cost..... wait for it .... $664.... !!!!! I literally cried.... The s

Rolled the dice and bought my husband a 2008 bmw 328i online..sight unseen..he absolutely loves it but obviously, we need to see what’s good and bad with this car. My husband was referred to this shop, and man am I glad he was! First, Ramsey at the front desk is amazing at getting us scheduled fast and was great with communicating with us about upcoming appointments and parts ordered, when parts will get there, etc. and Mike, the mechanic, is the BMW guru! He knows eeeeeeeeveryrhing there is to know, which is great because my husband had lots of questions! Mike was very patient and so knowledgeable. He let us know we ended up getting a pretty solid car! He ran through the diagnostics with my husband and explaining everything, what was great, what needs to take priority on getting fixed, wh

I've been having oil consumption issues with my 2015 BMW 328i since I purchased it 6 months ago. I had repair services done at another shop to address this issue, but after multiple return trips to that shop the problem still exists. I called Euromotive Autowerke to seek closure to these problems. Christy, the service advisor, listened to the issues I am having and documented the work that had been recently done. She set me up with a late afternoon appointment that fit my schedule. I dropped my car off with Christy, and in process, met one of the owners, Michael Taylor. As I waited for my wife to pick me up, I talked with him about the car, but also stepped back as other customers came in to pickup their vehicles. I listened as he explained, showed, and demonstrated what the root cause pro

I’ve used this location for over 8 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service. I’ve referred customers and my siblings also use this repair shop. I haven’t had any issues and I appreciate their straightforward approach. My most recent visit, I thought I would need an engine replacement . This shop took their time and with a closer inspection along with their expertise, they found the problem. A few hundred bucks and I’m back on the road!
