After moving here from Boston, we thought dealership service was best — worth the premium to get trustworthy advice, and quality workmanship assured by the parent brand. Then we met the folks at Volvo Bellevue who seem to be in the business of breaking older cars to upsell new vehicles. We now have our 2016 Volvo XC90 serviced here at Europa. I appreciate the direct communication, fair price, and quality work. This is what a small business should be like, and I’m happy to support them as long as this Volvo lives.

I have a 2016 BMW X1 and needed the battery replaced. This is no easy DIY job with BMW’s, and I got quotes from $450-$750. I booked at Europa as they had the best price and was SOOO pleasantly surprised! I was 2 hours late for my 8am appt and Al, the owner, still prioritized getting my car in right away, as I was waiting while the work was done. The bill was actually a little less than quoted, and Al was just SO GREAT and straight forward to work with. A HUGE breath of fresh air in today's “no accountability” culture. And even though I live in Seattle, I will be crossing the bridge to get repairs done at Europa in the future due to my GREAT experience. I HIGHLY recommend Europa.

I’ve been taking my Mini Cooper here for years. I am always so impressed by the information I get back on the issues and what steps I ought to be taking to improve the condition of my car. Mostly they remind me that I need to drive more often! Super flexible when I had to have the car towed in. Advised me on a trickle charger to handle the problems relating to leaving the car sitting

Al and his team are the best at what they do. They always do quality work using the best parts. Every time I get my car back, it feels brand new again. They also provide great customer service ease of scheduling and are easy to work with. They are going to be a little more expensive but it’s worth every penny.
