Neat Car Rental

Great rental experience. The car was clean, communication was clear, and everything was right on time. It’s hard to find companies that offer all wheel drive Ford Transit, so that was a big plus. Pickup and drop-off were smooth. Would definitely rent again!

We rented through Turo with Emil and rented the 2024 Ford Expedition. Pick up at the Seatac airport was easy. The car itself, we loved so much!! Lots of space, great maintenance, AC, sound system, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to return to SEATAC and rent again!

Our Rental of the Ford Van was a very smooth process and I'd highly recommend. We had never used Turo/Neat Car Rental before and it's totally different from your average car rental company but we really Loved it. The van was clean and in Very GOOD shape (like new). The only odd thing was we found it very strange initially when it came to picking up the van in a parking lot without any physical contact with a human. 😂😊just texting . However Emil communicated with us promptly via text regarding any questions we had. YES!!! We highly recommend using this van and service. Thank You! Please Use Emil's Vans!!! We Will Again!!

Overall great experience. We have rented many vehicles across the country and this company stands out. We plan to work with them again in the near future. Emil and David delivered the vehicle on time and were proactively communicative and responsive leading up to and through completion of the trip. They were responsive and reasonable when we had an unplanned change in our trip. The vehicle was immaculate and handled well. The price was also reasonable. We would happily rent it again. It is clear Emil & David take great pride in their business.

I had an excellent experience with this Turo rental overall. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the host communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process. One thing to note: we did pay the delivery fee, but the vehicle was dropped off much earlier than scheduled, which required us to pay an additional $40 for parking for the entire day. It would have been helpful if the timing had matched the agreed-upon delivery window. Aside from that, everything went very well, and I would rent from this host again.
