Bought a transmission for my 2001 chevy 1500 after looking forever, and had been driving around in 2nd gear for a year with my old transmission. Roman just happened to have one out of a GMC Yukon. Decent price, and he held it for me until I could drive 4 hours to pick it up. Installed it on Monday and my truck is driving perfectly now. Not only that but he was super helpful when I was asking on info about the transmission, and he sent me pictures to make sure it would work because he knew I was coming from out of state. I was absolutely skeptical just because you never know. Roman is a great guy, super friendly and helpful. Will always have my business. Thank you again for everything.

I paid more than $2100 including shipping and VAT for a robot/technical part that was delivered defective and not functioning. The product was installed and tested by a certified professional company, and during proper installation a leak/defect was immediately identified. This clearly indicates a pre-existing defect, not user damage. Despite this, the seller strictly hides behind eBay’s standard return policy and refuses to take any responsibility. I politely requested goodwill or at least an investigation, but instead I received no real support and eventually no response at all. For such a high-value technical product, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I am now left with a very expensive, non-working product and zero after-sales support.
