My Q5 had an electrical issue after the trunk flooded. The dealership quoted $8,000, which felt unreasonable. I was nervous to go anywhere else because German cars can be tricky, but European Auto Repair took great care of me. They fixed the issue quickly, communicated every step, and did it for a quarter of the cost. They’ll be my go-to mechanics moving forward. 10/10 recommend!

Faulkner Toyota tried to tell me I needed a new motor. Turns out they just probably installed my flywheel improperly when they replaced my trans and were trying to cover their tracks. Don’t go to Faulkner Toyota or any name brand dealership. European Auto has been a staple for me for years now. I don’t think I’m going to go anywhere else from now on.

BEST shop/mechanics in the city! I had my fair share of shady mechanics before going to European Auto. I bought a 2008 535xi BMW and i was in the shop every month since i got it. I had been to two other shops and both of them just damaged my car rather than fixing the issue. I even had one of those mechanics convince me to sell my car because apparently it was unrepairable. My friend, who’s been going to European Auto for 10 years, referred me to them. He graduated me that all the issues those other shops couldn’t fix properly, they could with no problem. So i took his word and made an appointment to have them check out my car.
