After having dealt with some of the other foreign car specialists in the area, I finally brought my 2006 BMW to European Auto service. What an absolute breath of fresh air. So much more reasonable than the other people and very friendly and easy going. I'm almost reluctant to give them such a good review because I don't want them to get over busy

First time there for a diagnostic check on my Smart car. They had it for an hour, figured out the issue, reset the check engine light, and everything was good (no more Circle K gas). And they wouldn't charge me! Definitely a good place for service. Thanks Jake!

I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. If I have any further issues, this is the shop I would want to give my business to . Thank you for being friendly and customer service oriented!!!

Great service for my Mercedes. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and have been able to help with all my Mercedes service needs. The only difference from going to the dealership is it is less money here. They are very busy and an appointment is needed
