Based on all the great reviews I opted to take my 2017 VW Golf R to a dealer alternative. Got the oil changed, new front brakes and rotors, and the fuel injection service. European Autowerks met my expectations and I’m sure to be back for service in the future.

I must say this place is wonderful. I fell on hard times and lost my sons, and had to bury them. So to say my sons car had been at this shop for over 4yrs right. The owner and my friend Browny or Browdy at the front desk work with me. Not to many shops do that they gave me time to get the car out basically stored it for a couple yrs I'm more the grateful to this place truly thanks you guys . They could have kept the car and other things but they didn't and they fixed my problems. Great place 👌 👍 I would recommend anyone. I appreciate you guys so much and so does my son in heaven may God continue to bless this business 🙏....

Id like to give a positive review. But after being charged over almost 4k in less than a month. And being locked out of my car that was another $150. This automotive place does not take any accountability. Yes they sure do things different. I took my car back several times for a coolant issue. Having to pay double for labor because they failed to fix my car right the first time. If it’s all under warranty and the issue was always with my coolant. Then why should i have to pay double for labor for your mechanic being incompetent. When finally getting my car back they left a wire not clipped in to its proper slot and the wire got burnt causing an engine malfunction light. I am glad it did not create a bigger issue. U really think i would want to bring my car back after leaving my car there n

I was told by another mechanic that my almost new Mercedes needed a $6000 repair to my AC evap cord. I brought my car to Scott and his team for a second opinion. They had done just great work in the past on my previous car for me. I am GLAD I did. They took the time to dig into every issue and found a small leak that ended up costing my $400.00 I appreciate their professionalism and great communication during the repair process. I highly recommend them

Just got back from my 2nd experience here and again, I was very impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. I wasted so much time at the dealer trying to get them to figure out a temperature sensor issue a few years back. When I recently started experiencing similar issues, I brought my car in to this place and they diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. They also looked through my maintenance records and discovered that many of the recommended maintenance items hadn't been done when I had been bringing my car in for service. I have a Volvo and it has been difficult to find a solid shop that can service it...until now. Very happy, highly recommend European Autowerks!
