I’ve worked in the car industry for a long time, this shop is unique. The place seems cleaned, well managed, and full of knowledgeable people who care about your car. Decent prices and work performed in a reasonable time frame. Taylor and the front desk kept me updated on my car. Very impressed, will return and will recommend friends and family.

Getting your European car fixed is almost like getting a dental appointment. I am ready to give them five stars because they always take such good care of me and are timely but it always takes a little bit longer than I’d like to get in. If they can get me in within a week next time, I’ll pop this to five stars.

Beware of these people they are very rude. They overcharge me more than $750 on the parts and diagnostic compared to Mercedes dealer price ,and when I ask why such a difference between Mercedes dealer price and his price, he told me very arrogant. This is my price and push me out of the door. To install the ignition coil voltage converter and the battery they charge me $2661.52

They have taken care of our European vehicles, Mercedes, Sprinter, and Rolls for years. They know what they are doing and are reliable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

We had our Mercedes in this shop because it would not start and the steering wheel was locked. I was told that the anti theft device needed replaced and that was all that was wrong with the car. $2000 later we picked the car up and the check engine light was on even though it wasnt on when we brought it in. We brought the car back and was told it was fine and they turned the check engine light was turned off. Two days later check engine light came back on. Went to a different repair shop and was told that when they replaced the part they did not secure it properly and the latch holding down the part is now gone. When I called European Care Performance services I was put on hold in the middle of expressing the problem then told why it wasn't their fault. Car is fixed by someone else who cl
