My husband wanted to use them because we have used them for our mini cooper once before . The front desk lady Kaitilyn was so helpful really knowledgeable. She helped us with everything step and even information us exactly what was wrong with our vehicle and what the warranty would cover . Super happy with the experience. Over all was great and the warranty help was great . When getting car back the hood seemed off and the lights weren’t aligned correctly when trying to put them back seemed some of the bolts had been striped and some were even missing. the cover that cover plastic piece that covers the battery was also broken .

Coolant leak fixed on our Boxster. Europro staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed. They are "head and shoulders" above the other places in town. Amazing service.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience so others are aware. I brought my car here for an oil leak diagnosis, and they quoted me over $5,000 for repairs, claiming there were multiple leaks and recommending major work immediately. The way it was presented made me feel pressured and anxious, as if my car wasn’t safe unless I paid for a full overhaul on the spot. I paid a $175 diagnostic fee, only for the shop to do a brief visual inspection, take pictures of the oil underneath, and then jump straight to recommending thousands of dollars in repairs. They did not clean the engine, perform a dye test, or properly verify the true source of the leak. I later went to another shop for a second opinion. They lifted the car and showed me the issue right in

I bought a 2015 BMW that broke down the first week I had it. So we took it to 3 different mechanics that either refused to fix it or couldn't figure out what was wrong. Amir the last guy that worked on it couldn't help me with it but he suggested taking here. I'm happy everyday since I took it here they fixed the problem with both fuel pumps. They charged me $5000 to fix the problem so they are extremely expensive. The car runs great and its been about two years since they worked on it here. I was so thankful that they fixed it that I had them change my oil. Which was roughly $235. Again be expected to pay alot, but know they will fix it right and do a great job.

Brought a Volvo in because the check engine light was on. The diagnostic cost $326, which feels a bit steep. It seems like the shop spent more time building an over-inflated estimate including things that had recently been done and/or were not related to the issue than diagnosing the problem. The estimate for the check engine light repair was $1600 in addition to the diagnostic fee, so we brought the car home, took out the tools, and discovered the diagnosis was incomplete. Did the job at home and called the shop to inquire why there was no mention of the additional problem. Kylee did not acknowledge the inadequate diagnosis and stood behind the shop's estimate with extraneous recommended services for more than an additional $3000. Too bad, would have been great to have a reliable and
