Excellent service and professional installation! I recently decided to upgrade my '19 VW Alltrack's infotainment system to MIB 2.5. After a bit of research, I decided to work with Eurozone Tuning. I can attest that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by the team. Bill was extremely helpful, providing me with detailed options and information about the system along with what I should expect once it was all said and done. He was also very patient and kindly replied promptly to my several queries. I opted to have them do the installation, although Bill assured me that many of the clients often go the DYI route. These guys are great, and their customer service is outstanding. Got the wrong bezel for my radio, got in contact with one of their employees though their live chat, (where you speak to an actual employee at Euro Zone and not a robot) they found my order and told me they’d send the right one out on Monday (this was a saturday). If you ever want to retrofit your Golf with a newer radio, this is the place to go!
Great prices, great service! Would highly recommend.
