If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I applied together for the truck loan, but I was the one who drove almost 3 hours one way to this dealership with our disabled child. They kept us there for about 5 hours, going through every possible detail – all of our bank accounts, full credit history, old loans, everything. They did a hard pull on our credit, which has now damaged our credit score. On top of that, they even had me call our insurance company on the spot to set up insurance for the truck immediately, as if the deal was fully approved and final. They also made me call Social Security (because my husband receives disability benefits) and another organization that pays him stable compensation for a work-related injury, just so they could verify that this income is regul
