Lake Wylie Euro

Had been a customer for over 4 years. Had multiple large jobs completed -brakes and front control arms for 2018 BMW X5 and several oil changes. Went to get an oil change yesterday at a well known oil change franchise that regularly does BMW oil changes and was told that the oil pan cap was tightened down so tight that it stripped itself out when being removed. Mind you every oil change prior with vehicle was done at lake wylie euro. Called and spoke with the owner and brought car back to lake wylie euro today and was told by him "my technician didnt put anything in the notes on that." Of course he wouldn't! Then proceeded to produce an estimate for $3,800 to replace the entire oil pan. Took no accountability for what had occurred and when I was upset and explained his technician had caused

So far so good. Took my 135i for diagnostic and repair. All ok. Fair and straight. Fast and friendly. Too soon to recommend but I’ll be back with my GLS450. Ryan was very nice and explained all. Thanks a lot.

100% recommend Lake Wylie Euro! I purchased my BMW X5 (2012) that needed a complete engine overhaul due to oil leaks. Lake Wylie Euro replaced and installed new valve guide seals, new catalytic converters, new water pump, new belts, new battery...the list goes on and on. They were 100% professional and upfront with me about what I was looking at for cost to do all the needed repairs. It was a lengthy repair that took some time, but Ryan (the person at the front desk that took care of me) was was extremely patient and professional and kept me appraised on the progress being made. I took my bmw with a damaged side mirror. They not only fixed it but did not charge me a dime! Said it was just a minor job testing it! Ryan was just amazing - don't think I’d go anywhere else from now on! They are highly knowledgeable, professional and honest to the core!
