I needed a front end alignment on a classic car and dropped the car off for the day. I was later called by the technician and given a complete assessment of what he did and an issue out of their service range. I picked up the car and it felt markedly better. I will still have to address the outstanding issue, but they impressed me to the point of knowing that I would not hesitate to use their services again. Great customer service, a nice facility, and they service classic cars.

Had a great experience with Evans Automotive in St Augustine . I originally went to Hanania Jeep (huge mistake)in town, because Evans Automotive was closed for Christmas and I was desperate. Hanania quoted me $1300-1600 for ignition and new keys ( keys weren’t needed). I felt very pressured there and left, and waited for Evans to reopen. Evans repaired my 2016 Jeep for $596. The service was excellent, with no pressure. They did only what was needed and no upsell. Evans stands out for their integrity, great service and high quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and affordable repairs. ( If they happen to be closed, just be patient because it’s worth the wait :))

Very honest and transparent, called and immediately was taken care of, gave me a free brake inspection and they put on my tires that I didn’t buy through them and took care of a full brake service! Dropped off at 11:45 am on a very busy Monday and had my car ready before they closed. Very happy with the job they did and I will definitely be back.

Evan’s Automotive is amazing! I called in the morning to check on getting a tire repair, and they were able to get my truck in the same day. When I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and let me know I could relax in the waiting room, where they offer complimentary coffee and water. The repair was done super fast, and the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Nate and the entire staff at Evans Automotive. I have a vehicle with 26 inch rims and finding good tires seems to be very difficult. After an insanely bad experience with a tire shop in Jacksonville, Nate and the team at Evans went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle situated. They thoroughly made sure I was pleased with the ride and continued to check up to make sure everything was still good, well after the install. As long as I'm living in St Augustine, I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
