Took my daughter's vehicle here for a repair estimate due to a wreck. The owner was so professional and responsive. He explained the whole process to me and even though the car ended up being a total loss, he still communicated with me on my questions. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for my car to be checked. I told him to check the whole front end. They say they did. They say the only thing that needs to be done was inner tie rods. They call me. Tell me it's done. I go pick it up. I get it back home few hours later. Wondering what that same noise is. Come to find out motor mounts were busted lower and top in the front. The lower a arm control is busted. The sway bar links was busted the sway bar was bent. My wheel bearings was bad. I had to come home and buy all the parts and have my husband fix it after taking it to Evans and several other shops just to be used. They charged me $500 for inner tie rods and sent me home with a car that I busted motor mounts and all the other issues still doing the same thing that it did. When I send it in. There was

Evans TOWING was wonderful! They actually picked me up from the hotel, then picked up my van from another tow company and brought me to another city to finally get my van fixed. Bobby was my driver.
