My car arrived in shambles from previous mechanic being a liar and not doing what was agreed upon, Adam, Blaze, and Josh took a non running car missing parts and bolts and made it run flawlessly in about 2 weeks. This was counting 3-4 days of waiting on parts and bolts that were missing. Highly recommend these guys for all types of work including performance type jobs.

Went in for a cv axle. The told me it was a bad tire and needed tires balanced. Picked up my car and was exactly how it was when I dropped it off..They charged me $200 for a new tire that DIDN'T need replaced. I took the owner for a ride to show him the problem was not fixed said he didn't get a chance to drive it. I told him I wanted to see my BAD tire. He showed me a different brand of tire that was Not my old tire...bad place!!! Beware!!!

Got some suspension work done on my truck today. Charge was less than original quote. Manager said Repair was straight forward and took less time than expected. Thanks for the honesty. Truck ride is amazing! Thank you! Will be back.

Between travel and day to day life, my oil change was forgotten. I called Newport Pit Stop to see the availability for an oil change. I was greeted on the phone by the friendliest person & they assured me that they could get me in & out this afternoon. Everyone was super nice, the waiting room was clean, they did the job and I was out in 25 minutes. Thank you to the guys at the Newport pitstop

I give them one star. I was towed in on 11/10 /25 with check engine light flashing, check oil light,VCS light off, and traction control light on. Was told it was coils, plugs and oil filter cap. I had them fix it. I was grateful and thankful the employee fixed it. Then why did I give a one star? Well hunny keep reading.. I had to be towed back in on the first of December.
