Ever Clean Car Wash

Very disappointed. Paid $20 for an extreme clean and we did not get that. Windows were still dirty, tires still dirty and still bugs on the mirrors. I get the bugs are a bit of a pain to get off but they did no prep on the truck. It was a dry wash and felt like they were rushing vehicles through. Vacuums had very little power.

I went to this car wash yesterday. The young man who helped me was quick to complete the transaction and the customer service was great. I went through the car wash and parked off to the side when I was done because he offered to dry off the car. Again, he was quick and efficient and earned every bit of the tip. (Always tip your dryer dudes) My husband and I started working on vacuuming out the Durango. All of a sudden a man who worked there shows up beside us and offers us a couple packages of dash wipes for the truck. Awesome! I did not have very good experience washing the car here today. The winter season is at peak and there are a lot of salt on the road. That why I bring my car here to wash the undercarriage to protect my car from rusty damage. I had selected the 20$ Extreme wash option to make sure that the undercarriage will be washed thoroughly. Unfortunately, after the washing, I checked and saw that the undercarriage was still not washed. I went back to the station and complain to the tech that I feel like being scammed when paying for the service not provided. The Tech had acknowledged that the undercarriage wash machine is malfunction at this time but he refused to refund me in argue that the upper side have been washed. Cool car wash. Always tip the person that is drying your car. It’s a free service they offer but they take the time to make sure your car is nice and shiny.

Worst Carwash I have ever been to. Nothing comes out clean no matter what level of wash they provide. Vacuums have no suction. Very disappointing.
