Everett Cadillac

We had a very good experience at Everett Cadillac in Hickory. Our salesman Caleb was great and no pressure to buy. We demoed a used ESV. My wife did not like that unit and we saw another new unit and we opted for that one. Great service everyone was professional and courteous to us.

Straightforward and easy process. Salesman was great. We were with Dakota and he was very helpful and honestly surprised me with his knowledge of the car. Finance office did the usual of trying to get you to buy the add ons but she was not high pressure and it went much quicker and easier than expected.

I only reply because you sent an e-mail request. I scheduled appointments at Everette twice, Everette choosing the day and time of each appointment. I rented a car at Enterprise twice, in order to get to work while my Cadillac was being "repaired". My car was not looked at either time, Everette requesting more time; however, I had to return my rental car, and retrieve my Cadillac in order for me to go to work taking care of autistic and Down Syndrome children. Everette never tested my cluster tested (much less repaired it) despite the fact that Everette set the day and the time of both appointments. I can not afford to be a customer at Everette Chevrolet, because Everette would not honor the apartment times it scheduled.

I’m not sure what the man’s name is that helped me but he was GREAT! He explained the codes on my car and what he thought the issue was. He compared part prices between Everette and local part stores to show me how much money I was saving. He had it fixed in only 1 hour and even wiped some tar off on the front fender. He made me feel comfortable with the entire ordeal and I appreciated it! Thank you Everette Service!

I recently purchased my Escalade from out of state. Everyone at Everett Chevrolet was very nice and professional and took care of business. I will definitely consider them with my future vehicle purchases. :)
