Everett Ford Service

I took my vehicle to this dealership to diagnose a leak in my sunroof thinking it would be the safest bet for good/quality service. Vehicle was returned to me later that day with the entire sunroof removed, no longer a leak, now a gaping hole. Service manager and sales manager on site expressed a shocking level of indifference. Work 1/10. Service 1/10. Do not recommend.

This was my first experiences with a dealership and I assumed that meant good knowledgeable service. I was sorely disappointed. I was told that keeping your vehicle for a couple days is a normal practice to except. Their communication with me was one-sided and lacking. They continually quoted me crazy costs for things that were covered by my warranty. I had to call them to check the status of my vehicle. They tried to tell me it took them 7hrs to do paperwork. I strongly recommend you not to enter with high exceptions.

My family and I drove in from out of town and were having issues with our Bronco. Everett Ford not only got us in right away but had the issue fixed by the next morning. Couldn’t be more thankful for them, 100/10 recommend!!

Terrible service. Surly, disrespectful service advisor and disengaged service manager. If you are looking for someone to show you how little they care about you, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I recommend you take your business somewhere else. I will not be using this place again.
