Everett Repair Center

Scheduled appointment and 10 minutes early for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over an hour and half. Unacceptable. I also was extremely sad for a man that after driving in a couple of hours away and arrived at 7:00 am for a scheduled appointment was not told till 9:00 am that the part he was to have put on his truck was given to another customer. I don’t normally posts negative reviews, I just don’t go back. I feel Everett is not the same as it use to be. Customer service is not the same and the employee to customer engagement is lacking.

Ricky Birmingham is the best service manager that I have had the pleasure of working with. I will continue to return just for his superior customer service. Hang on to him Everett! You've got a gem!

Great communication, nice folks...happy with their service. It took some time to fix the issues, but it was a major diesel repair. The diligent communication from the service dept, we were able to know when it would be ready. Very happy with this dealership and their service department. Highly recommend!!

Showed up late to my appointment but they were still able to get me in and able to take me to bass pro to wait there for a while and able to pick me up right after. Over all great service and Courtney is a great driver who dropped me off and picked me up.

Steve was very professional and did a great job of getting my service done quickly.
