I've driven a round trip of 300 miles for a used transmission and paid for the extra warranty and picked up a rim and used tire. I'm very pleased with the service, the counter and yard staff are very responsive and sort of fun sense of humor. I'm very anxious to get this tranny in and will follow up with a conclusion. Went here for my 3rd time getting a tire and always leave with a huge smile, everyone is so helpful, nice and just great! Only place I go to where there is someone waiting to open the door for you, that alone says so much. I will always refer people to here and will be a lifelong customer :-)

Thank Goodness I recorded my lines just like they record theirs (but if it’s being recorded corporate should be able to listen to their employees manner & behavior) So rude, unprofessional. Leaving my 10 hour shift, I politely said good morning, the guy on the phone at Everett asked what car am I looking for, I said Toyota Highlander, he said what parts- I said any parts, he went to say, just come in and check section 2 - we do not keep an inventory on those cars, he went to saying “well if you would’ve told me what parts ya looking for” but if Everett don’t keep an inventory on these cars, why would you ask me what parts am I seeking??? I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had. That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness. Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing.
