Here's why: I initially approached ETA to help remove and reinstall a transmission on my Ram 2500. However, they completely failed to inspect the flex plate during the process. Their excuse? "We weren't told to inspect the flex plate; we were just told to remove and reinstall the transmission." As a shop owner myself in California, I find this explanation unacceptable. Any competent shop should take the initiative to inspect critical components like the flex plate, especially when visible damage is present. Informing the customer with a simple, "You might want to replace this; we noticed some visual damage" is just basic

They have a great reputation and have earned it. Friendly, accommodating and always have a fair price for trusted and detailed work. I’ve referred many people and have never heard of a complaint from anyone. Steve and Zach are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There are no comparable shops in Havasu.

I moved to town a month ago. Unfortunately, I was laid off from my job. I was on a budget and needed my breaks worked on. I'm a single female, and I didn't want to be taken advantage of, So I did my research on a few auto repair shops in town. I looked at a lot of reviews and even called around for pricing, and after prayer, This place seemed to be the best place for me. Steve, Tom, J.R., and The other guy I didn't get his name were all friendly, understanding, and empathetic to my situation. They seemed to care about me as a customer and worked with my budget.
