I've used Automotive Evolution as my go to shop for the past couple of years. The service and quality of work are outstanding! The communication and customer service is top notch. I spent years as an auto mechanic myself and I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. You'll find honest, sincere and qualified service here. That's piece of mind when dealing with an auto repair shop!

Great shop, very clear communication about what work they're doing and recommending. Have a great online portal/interface as well. Alan was especially helpful and a great guy. Also part of CarMax's warranty network so you'll get a discount on your deductible if you have a warranty through them.

Not using any other mechanic from here on out. Just moved to Denver about a month ago and was blindsided by some unexpected car repairs. From the initial call, Thomas and Alan(?) have provided exceptional customer service. They gave me free inspection of my car revealing recommended repairs, and also offered me a loaner vehicle after my car needed to stay over the weekend, which I was not expecting whatsoever. They just earned a new customer, I won’t go anywhere else.

As anyone who works has ever actually dove into any type of repairs under the hood of any vehicle can contest that the engineer's that design them aren't always so considerate towards those whom may have to replace failed parts on them. This shop has always been very fair and honest by sticking to the actually book time estimates. Having a fleet if trucks that are always in need of repairs I have unfortunately seen a lot of shops that will take advantage of their high hourly charge and not stand behind their work. That is not the case with Automotive Evolution off of Pecos. Yesterday they showed how dedicated they were to get my truck back to me so I could make the 100 mile trip back home by burning the midnight oil so to say. Automotive Evolution is a wonderful repair shop! They are a bit on the pricier side but they always do a very thorough job. Great communication, too! They recently helped me with a new/used transmission insurance claim, and while it took longer than we thought it would, it wasn't because they weren't on the ball. It was more about the location where we were getting the transmission that held everything up. If I needed major car work done again, I would definitely bring my care to Automotive Evolution.
