I cannot say enough good things about the team at Evolve!!! As many others have said, the team made an upsetting and stressful experience entirely easy to navigate. From the jump, Stephanie and Mike were so sympathetic and proactively communicated at every step. My car looks better than when I drove it off the lot at purchase! At pick up, I tried to go for a reunion joy ride and found the car was pulling. I was back at the shop in less than 15 minutes and the team immediately test drove it to diagnose the problem. They worked to quickly and safely turn it around so I could still have my car on the intended pick up day. While I hope I don’t need to have more work done any time soon, I know exactly where I’ll be going if I do. Thank you, Evolve!!

I recently had work done at Evolve Collision that I paid for out of pocket. I had gone to many other collision services prior to going to Evolve and received many quotes. Evolve Collision was a realistic quote for the work that I wanted done; so the cost was realistic. I spoke to the estimator and liked his concern and his professional approach. He and I both wanted the job done properly. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and it was ready on Thursday afternoon ... I picked it up Friday morning. The work was excellent and Evolve Collision went above and beyond what was originally covered and agreed upon; and performed additional repairs at no extra cost, because their name and reputation was behind their work. My vehicle was as washed and vacuumed when I arrived; and I was very pleased

Absolutely stellar experience start to finish. It’s stressful enough having to deal with car repairs but Evolve made it as painless as possible. To start I mixed up my day I was supposed to bring in the car and even took off work. Mike told me not to worry and I could drop off my car anyway and he would make it happen. He kept me informed throughout the whole process with consistent updates. A part got delayed so it ended up taking about 5 extra days but Mike saved the day again and offered to pay for the extra rental car fees. It was incredibly generous and really put things over the top for me. The car was perfect when I picked it up and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Stephanie at the office is also amazing and such a warm caring person. I can’t thank or recommend them enough. 10/10

This company and its staff really have it down to a science. Great introduction, excellent work and completion on the day and time expected. They connect with a local Enterprise Rental Company and that also was worry free! Enterprise picked me up and I dropped rental at Evolve. The END of a satisfying repair!
