PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the prema

Recently had a tire replaced. I’ve used them for several tire repairs over the years. They’re reasonably priced and fast. Highly recommend!

I dropped off an essentially new car to Philadelphia Tire & Auto at the Exxon on Montgomery Ave for a PA inspection and to rotate the winter tires with summer tires. In the 8 hours in which the car was in their custody, it suffered $2500 of damage. The desk attendant who was friendly at the drop off was cool when I came to pick it up. Paid for it; got the keys; found they had it parked in front of one of the gas pump bays and saw it had been badly scrapped along the passenger side. They claimed surprise and stated somehow a third party must have side swiped the car while getting gas. Here's where the real problem begins. Despite my repeated requests in phone and in person. And despite police requests. They never produced the security camera tapes that the shop attendants claimed on

Just coming on here to review this amazing place. Today is not the first time I’ve gone there. In fact I’ve gone sporadically in the past few years. I’ve always been pleased with the service, but today I went in there in distress. Something was wrong with my tire, and it ended up being a nail, and I wasn’t sure what to do as I had many things to do today they took me right in and within an hour it was patched up with nothing but smiles on their faces. I honestly wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Bram the manager exemplifies by far the gold standard in customer service. He 100 percent does his job exceptionally well, and goes above and beyond. I hope he is recognized by this company, and seriously acknowledged. He is an excellent manager to his team as well as it shows in their workmanship.
