I had a very positive experience getting an oil change and tire rotation at Ewald Chevrolet. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and hassle free. My vehicle was ready on time, and they took the time to answer my questions, ensuring I left completely satisfied with the service.

The dealership it self I have no issues with. There was one issue that I disagree with their findings and I will bring it up next time I am there. However the Chevy product itself is faulty, it is a know issue since at least November of 2024 when the TSB was released and Chevy still has not done anything about it. I purchased my vehicle because of the Adaptive Cruise control and the supercruise features and it does not function properly and sometimes not at all. a year later and the problem is not fixed? How could this be possible?? This is not only a feature issue but also a safety issue as the emergency braking and intersection braking will not function properly but GM is quick to tell you that you can't depend in it to begin with, so why even advertise it? I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a complete inspection of all mechanical components. The work was done as scheduled, the work was complete in less than an hour. Overall work was satisfactory completion. All components worked perfectly. I will definitely use Ewald for all my vehicles needs.

I received terrific customer service from Ewald Chevy’s Michael Thorpe. He did a fantastic job and we got our car back at the promised timeframe.
